Default Can I wait until July/August to buy a new house?

I would like to look at a Courtyard Villa with private enclosed courtyard and walk-in shower but won't be down there until July/August after I retire.

Is that too late to find a new Courtyard Villa?

Don't worry, they are building new ones every day. And based on all the land The Villages now owns, it appears that they will be building a new one every day for a long long time.

No reason to panic, unless there is a certain village you want to live in.
