Chinese restaurant should help you translate it, but if you received it without ordering it yourself BE AWARE a lot of people got this, others got seeds that were not ordered and questionable since the ingredients did not matched the contents.

Sometime ago stuff like that was send around free and it made people sick,,, So I would advice trow anythings out if you did not order it !
