I also reset my Comcast modem last night, everything working this morning, BUT I am not sure that had anything to do with it. The problem appeared to be related to specific IP addresses. This is very similar to the problem a few weeks ago where some users were redirected to other sites when they tried to get to ToTV. If I recall correctly, there was a problem with a server being hacked. I did contact the admin and told them I was back in service.
