Maybe they have been for sale for a while, and I missed it, but today's paper lists discounted prices on the current models - especially huge discounts on the furnished ones - I think that's all the designers and some of the CYVs and some of the cottages, not sure about patio villas or premiers, might have missed those ads.

The premier models in Pennecamp went on sale several months ago. These must be the designers in Buttonwood.
