However, the vast majority of the golf carts in The Villages are not street legal. They also make reference to the place "crawling with low speed electric vehicles" and then proceeded to show scenes with mostly gas carts.

There is one that's a compilation of accidents. I couldn't watch is for more than 10 seconds. It's that upsetting. I think an awareness campaign would be the most effective plan.

Like those shop videos in high school? Those sometimes got really gross. They do make these sometimes so over-the-top that they become more comedic than effective like some of the anti- tobacco ads I have seen of late from the State of Florida.
