Just normal planned exercises a CCD spokesman reported.:icon_wink:

If anyone needs them, I have a, uh, supply of hand held anti-golf cart self guided missiles.

Why can’t we just all get along? Just witnessed two senior ladies verbally abusing each other at the gas pumps. It’s amazing how selfish one person or a group of people can be. Indeed, we are living in turbulent times.

I am coming to believe that the aging brain has a lot to do with the aggressive attitude in TV. People are easily angered over the most minor aggravations, we will not wait our turn without sighing deeply and being a pain. Try standing in the line at Publix for meds and listen to the complaints from both males and females. Very recently whilst waiting to cash out at Publix, the gentleman behind me said what is the matter with these people, they are retired, there is nothing for them to do or be doing. They are living in God's waiting room.

Oh, the developer loves it when we battle each other. Why isn't all CDD's asking the developer to pay it's fair share. Just wait until this
this new "Fire District" gets it legs.....watch your wallet. No mention about making the commercial properties pay more than we do for
our homes. WAKE UP, the pot of water is starting to boil, froggies"

I think you are on to something here. Some older people often seem to have a low frustration tolerance and they are much quicker to express their anger than they were when they were younger. Maybe the aging brain loses flexibility and no longer has the ability to handle difficulty as it once did. I know I am much quicker today to “tell people what I think,” but I no longer consider that a good thing to do. For my own peace of mind I am trying to regain my tolerance and peacefulness. It appears to be working, but do not talk to my wife. My “new” slogans are “chill out” and “go with the flow.”

One thing is certain, there is no shortage of litigation in the US!

I know what he’s talking about.

As a resident of District 5, I’m not amused by what District 7 is doing. Costing me money.

There’s a right way and and a wrong way to pursue change. District 7 is hurting its residents and the residents of other districts.

Just curious. What is your opinion?

My opinion is that people shouldn’t be so cryptic in their posts.

Perhaps you should learn more about what is going on between the districts and the developer.

Perhaps President Nitup will comment soon.

I have no idea what the conflict is. If you do, and don't want to explain it on this thread, perhaps you could post a link to some informative website.

It's to SAVE all districts between 466 and 44 a million dollars. Not just 6.

Will the amenities cost more for those living south of 44 to maintain than to the north in TV when the buildout is complete? As the areas south of 44 become as large as those north of 44, would this larger pot of monies be better kept in one large fund for all of TV to use? Why have a north and south TV? One district staff will operate both? I do sometimes have a lot of questions.

"When the build out is complete"?? He thinks the build out is going to be complete. TV will continue building as as it is profitable. That is business.
