Both homes I’ve owned in TV came with master bedroom ceiling fan and lights. Wouldn’t have it any other way

We have one and we love it!!! The bathroom can get "steamy" after a shower so I use it to reduce the humidity.

According to ‘ask Marilyn’ the only time to have a fan on is when you are in room. We have one in Master Bath. There is a retro kit available using existing recessed lite. Mist new fans come with remote to control light and fan and speeds with remote. Our bedroom fan is on at night.

We installed our last year and love it, keeps the bathroom tempered and removes more of the moisture, Dan's Fans and his contractor installed them, put one in the kitchen as well, very very happy.
