Another good source is Build.com. A variety of manufacturers and decent prices. We did not install the standard TV fans when we built our home here opting instead to put in better quality CasaBlanca fans and all weather fans in the lanai.

Another thought , every time you get the exterior of your house painted, the painters remove the exterior light fixtures and reinstall them--they're not licensed electricians

Gimme a break here-----every time you throw the switch to turn on/off a light, you're not an electrician either.
