It would be interesting to know the average age in the three main sections of TV (Spanish Springs, Lake Sumpter Landing, and Brownwood). We started coming to TV in 2000 and it was a quaint little place then. Spanish Spring was really fun with restaurants, a good bakery, a microbrewery, Katie Belles, good shops, and an easy cart ride from anywhere in the "then" Villages. I think the residents north of Spanish Springs on the whole don't have any interest in driving to Brownwood or even Lake Sumpter for that matter. I say this because I think the age group is higher there. This is not a knock, just an observation but the size and population of TV has changed what I thought TV was supposed to be. We still enjoy our two months a year but it is different.
