Default Chatham Acres Development

Interesting article in the online newspaper this morning on Chatham Acres Development at the northern end of TV in Marion County. Their annual homeowners association fee will be $6,624 and the lots start at half a million .... and that should keep the riff raff out!!!!.

.......... and I cannot wait to see what the Developer does next

The Developer is addressing the needs of the market. Worked well so far. The Villages is on quite a long run of success with no end in sight (thankfully).

Yep. Smart. The developer has taken The Villages from a mobile home park in a watermelon patch to exclusive ranchettes! The market is certainly out there these days.

Come on ......... do you really think they will be bothering with rec centers and trying to get their horse trailers through our roundabouts! They are right on 42 and that will probably be their escape route.
