What do you think is a fair Christmas gift (tip) for your newspaper carrier and mail delivery person? Getting ready to send mine out and was wondering what the average gift was.

We give the postal worker a $25 Visa gift card. She goes the extra mile for us frequently. (We don't get the paper, but if we did I would do the same for the carrier.)

We do $50 for each. We figure it's less than $1 a week.
