Waiting for midnight, hoping to get into accounts. On-site staff can’t help, it’s a upgrade that is definitely not working out well. I still have no ability to go online. So glad we just keep minimal $$just to pay for certain things, but it would be nice to access the accounts

I wondered if this topic would appear here. My on line display had not been available until yesterday when I had time to get to the bank branch. No one with a beneficiary trust transfer on death would display due to duplicate ssn's. (The current account holder and the trust were in the old system with the same ssn.) After a few keystrokes, I was all set. Apparently, the cause of this problem wasn't determined until mid-week or after.

As a retired bank controller, I can assure you no bank does a good job with systems conversions.

I usually use the mobile app and that has been and is working ok. I can see my accounts, balances, activity, statement and can do transfers or mobile deposits.

So, if you haven't tried the app yet, perhaps download and give it a try until these website glitches you mention are worked out.

I'm going to go online though today and see what up online.

their lack of communication with customers is appalling. No emails. Nothing. !!!!!! Losing my patience with the bank. terrible customer service and relations !!!!! Monday and I am pulling everything out of bank !!!!

My parents banked with this bank for 15 years with no significant complaints and my mom was fussy.

ive been ubable to view or complete any online banking. I’ve called numerous times and was told to please give it another day
I’m heDing invto the bank Monday to resolve this issue. I go all my banking online so this is a big issue for me
