This tunnel was opened Sept. 16th. This morning as I drove past in my car, I noticed the barricades were down and carts were on the path.

Not sure what happened, but at about 3:00 this afternoon barricades were up and there was still a few inches of water in the tunnel.

Clean? Maybe, just maybe they will have time to come back and power wash the walls.
Gosh, I never evaluated the cleanliness of the tunnels in the past.

I went through the Havana tunnel this morning....it's open. No water..a slight stench, but, not unexpected if it's been full of water for a week.

Correction, 9/18... the tunnel B30 under CR 103 to Wal-Mart is not closed. It is repaired and open... looks like nothing ever happened to it.
