I don't know why the extra cost, but here is some info.

"The 7-Eleven is going to offer REC-90, an ethanol-free, 90 octane unleaded blend designed for use in recreational engines which can be damaged by the ethanol found in other gasoline blends."

I like the coffee selection in WAWA best. Hot or iced selections - they are all good. The price for a mocha frappicino is about $1 cheaper than Starbucks and it's better!

It's "premium" grade gas without the corn off the cob (methanol) and little or no water content highly recommended for use in equipment like lawn mowers and power lawn tools, pressure washers etc. Just bought a new Honda pressure washer and it says in manual that methanol free gasoline is highly recommended. The guy who serviced our lawn mower says regular gasoline with methanol will often have some water content which can rust out parts in the mower engine (which is similar to a golf cart). While I have an electric golf cart the salesman who sells both told me that REC gas is best for a GC. IIRC the Villages Golf Cart locations sell REC gas.

Recreational Gas is a huge waste of money. Especially for golf carts that are used frequently. If your going to store your cart for several months (6 or more) you can put a pint of Stabil in the tank and save a lot of money. But that is really not necessary due to TV not being in a damp/cool climate. There, I said it!

Plus they are only selling 2-4 gallons at a time.

Too bad Chef Don of the Burger Station wasn't able to lease space inside. THE best burger anywhere in TV!

A pint may be too much.
Is it bad to add too much fuel stabilizer?

We miss you, Chef Don! We sure wish you'd been able to open back up elsewhere!
