Comcast/Xfinity equipment returns?

Default Comcast/Xfinity equipment returns?

Would any of you good folks know how or where to return Comcast/Xfinity equipment?

I'm keeping wifi but dumping cable. I know... maybe a call would suffice.

Check with a nearby UPS store, believe they have a contract with Comcast for 'no cost to you' returns of equipment.

Take it to the Xfinity store on Rt 441 and Rolling Acres Rd. It is near Best Buy and adjacent to Starbucks. I would suggest that you go online and make an appointment to avoid waiting in line. Make sure you get a receipt.

Exclamation Receipt

Be sure you get a receipt when you return any equipment. If you return by mail be sure to get a return receipt signed. I remember a few years ago that a person was frustrated as he returned by mail and Comcast said they never received the item(s) demanded reimbursement for the returned parts. I returned some equipment and sent to Corp. Hdq and had signed receipt.
