I worked for the most honorable Old School man I've yet to meet.

He taught me how to deal with situations like this Accident like a Professional, he was very Father Like too many people. He went as far as to give Mortgages to certain unfortunate employees.

Any further word on the driver.
I poured concrete for years on construction sites.

Were you involved with the Big Dig? At that time I don't believe that the Concrete Mixer that flipped wasn't even available. It was only the Old School Concrete Mixers. Company owners were so happy because the new style can carry more Concrete than the Older Style Trucks.

I looked all over for info on the driver but nothing yet! Fingers crossed!

Big Dig from start to finish. Lots of overtime and real good $$.
Most of the concrete was placed by pump trucks and brute force.

You are officially in the Concrete so to speak! In all my years I never heard the word Bituminous used with Concreto! Only with Asphalt! Give that Nice Lady A Yard of Concrete.

If I were to totally guess though...a roundabout issue was probably involved.

"Speed too fast for conditions" would have been the statute I would have written that ticket for (and have written many tickets for).

"But I wasn't going too fast occifer and it's not my fault, as I was totally and unexpectedly cut off by a car that at first glance...didn't even look to have anyone driving."

"Then as it very slowly, and while weaving, drove off, I think I glimpsed blue hair piled high...about even with the top of the steering wheel."

ConnDOT: Bituminous Concrete Specifications

It's a pavement mix. I learned about the difference between hot patch and cold patch too (summary: cold patch is cheap and sucks and isn't even worth the pothole it fills, and gets all over the underside of your car when you drive over it).
