Default pick up of old grills

Hi Everybody, I was just wondering if someone could tell me how you get rid of your old grill when you replace it with a new one,and I also have a little refridg. I need to get rid of . It no longer works. Do I call a special number to have it picked up for a fee or do I need to find the dump myself?? Thanks in advane for any help you all can give me!1

Call the trash pickup company for your area, and they'll pick it up free.

Or put it out by the curb on trash night, if it is worth anything at all someone will grab it.

When we moved here---the grill in yard was rusted---put it out on trash day---it was gone before the trash pickup arrived-----

Anything I've ever put out for garbage pickup was taken. I've also seen neighbors put things out that would amaze you that were picked up, furniture, cabinets, etc. This is Sumter Co. I'm talking about and don't know if there is a difference in other counties.
