As a new poster who is just beginning to check out TV, I want to thank you for posting this video. What a great overview of the new construction!

I would not have purchased in The Villages when I did without Don's video's. It's hard to believe the scale And velocity of development without them.

Ballston Spa! Back in my active duty days I was stationed at the AFB in Plattsburgh and in 1973 had to travel TDY to Ballston Spa to (sadly) investigate the death of an Airman. Beautiful location! Also loved the view from the top of Whiteface Mtn. Then soon after that I got deployed to (lucky me, HA!) Southeast Asia to start phasing down our "activities" over there.

Wow! Your videos are so helpful since most of us have no other way to visualize the huge scope of the fantastic progress that’s actually happening.

I usually wouldn’t be interested in the infrastructure but one of my initial reservations about TV was whether adequate connectors would be in place in the near future...and they already are! What a beautiful, well-planned and professionally-developed gem TV really is.

As a kid, I loved riding with my Dad. He had BMWs at first but upgraded to Honda Goldwings later on. Great memories. Hope you stay safe out there.

You'll see retail locations on the Bradford/St John side of the turnpike and at the Warm Springs/US301 intersection. When thing happen is the big unknown and secret.
