Campus USA credit union on 441/27 in Summerfield takes loose coins and has a counter in the back room
...not sure if you must be a customer, or that the money can only be deposited into your account though |

Citizens first bank on 466 has a machine where you can dump your coins in and it counts it for you then you can bring it to the teller to cash in. I believe you have to be an account holder, but don’t hold me to that.

I save my loose change all the time. I roll them as I go and bring them to Citizens bank to change into paper bills without a problem or charge.

I give all my saved up loose change to my grand daughters. They love counting it out and spending/saving it.

You will get an amazon gift card that you can use on your regular amazon account I did this at Winn Dixie machine at Old Camp Road last year. I would check to make sure it hasn't changed.

If you are a member of Suncoast Credit Union (466A), you can bring in your coins and run it through their machine at no cost.

The large Walmart stores will allow you to dump your coins for free and you get a Walmart card for it. Not sure if when purchasing an item with the card you can get cash back.

Good luck with finding a free service, but maybe they're trying to tell you to stop hoarding change? I never have more than a dollar's worth of change. It's so satisfying to give the change to cashier, unload the extra weight and just get bills back.

My bank, Bank of America, has taken loose change, bagged it up and sent it off. In a few days, I have a deposit of the total in my checking account. No charge. I haven’t done this in the last year however.

If you’re a member of BOA, they will count change for free. They also accept rolled coins.

I recently took approximately $1000 in rolled coin to Citizens First Bank in Colony Plaza. No problem, they just put the rolled coin into the normal rolled coin bins. |
