Just go down to Brownwood and pay in person at their office there.

Was there a stamp on the envelope, was the address showing through the window in the envelope, did you put it in the correct mail slot? I am not being flip, but I have been renewing for around 12 years by mail with no problems.

You can also pay on their website now.

I just pulled up their website and there is a subscriber portal where you can make your payment.

I get a kick out of this newsletter. So many problems to solve.

For some reason, I’ve been getting the daily sun delivered to my house for the past month. I never subscribed and don’t read it.

That seems to happen around here too.

The bill payment has been sent. I will have to see if and when they process it.

Did you send from different station or post office this time?

We have one of 2 important mail a year come to the house, everything else is online.

Informed Mail shows envelope on 7/1 still missing as of yesterday. We stopped sending or receiving as much mail as possible out of mail boxes. 3 people had their cards returned after I could see them in my informed mail. No idea why they were returned address was correct.

I heard from a friend in S. Florida it takes a week for a check to go across town - if it isn’t returned to her before - because the post office is consolidating distribution centers. This is part of an article from Google - lots more info online:

The delays appear to largely stem from a new system the Postal Service began rolling out last fall that will eventually funnel all the nation’s letters and packages through a consolidated network of 60 regional distribution centers — similar to the airlines’ hub-and-spoke model. The change is part of a wider $40 billion, 10-year overhaul of the network that Postmaster General Louis DeJoy has said will reduce costs, improve reliability and make the Postal Service more competitive. But in some instances, the plan has done the opposite, according to the Office of the Inspector General for the Postal Service, members of Congress and Postal Service advocacy groups.

That explains why a couple of weeks ago, I was mailed something from a Village a few Villages to the north of me from zip 32162 to 32163 & it went to Lake Mary first. Lake Mary??? Way out of the way.
