THIS is a cunundrum....to find someone whose consistent and thorough. I've looked for someone too. To find someone who actually speaks and understands English is a factor as well as trust-worthy. I'd never leave my house to let someone else, I didn't know, have free reign. That being said---if you belong to a club, church or neighborhood group---keep asking. I've seen prices given from $75.00 to over $ 100.00 per house. I think it all depends on the size of a place for sure. I really question why "they'd" ask for $100.00 for a small 2 bedroom villa. Especially if they whisk on through and go to the next place. I think I'd give up retirement myself and become a cleaner with the rates I see listed on social media. I would want someone who I can trust but who also comes at the same time and does a great job. Right now we have a once-a-month team come in. They're full so I can't share their contact info. We do pay $100.00 for our small cottage home. Used to pay another team $80.00 but they didn't do a great job for us. We're a couple who has mobility issues so it's imparative for us to have help. Would we like to pay less? Yes, then maybe could afford them more often since we don't have the means other folks might have. NOT everyone in T.V. has a lot of $$$$$$$ but aren't ready for the poor house neither.

Thank you. Bob and Carol

It's Great Job Pro - 407-928-2738. You see their cars all around The Villages. They usually charge about double for the first, deep cleaning and their regular fee after that.

isn’t that the same as getting on other peoples cleaners lists?

Your point being??? We don't clean our pool, mow the lawn, trim the palms and shrubs either, etc, etc. Worked a life time in Nursing Administration walking the halls of a hospital and responding to 14 different "codes". I deserve the rest.
