I found a place where I can buy “gently” used Kirkland golf balls online. There goes my need for a Costco.

It’s the OPs first post.

Probably have no idea to search for answers.

Give them a little slack, instead of trying to make them feel like they don’t have a clue.

Welcome to TOTV.
Others have wished for a Costco and wondered why one has not been built.
Some have lobbied the company.
It isn't a question "let this company in" but if the company wants to come in. If the property you mention is not TV...anyone could build what they want.
The last time this topic was discussed there were a number of different opinion - such is the nature of TOTV.

They are selective about the market they build in so who knows. Sure wish they would.

Why do people want Costco? What do you get there that you cannot get elsewhere? Just curious as I have never shopped there.

I have been living in The Villages for over 16 years. Every year someone tell me that is a Costco going to be built here. They quote reputable source such as people who work at Costco. They even tell me whee the site is. IT IS NOT TRUE!. First of all Costco never tells anyone until the sign is up. Not even managers. Sorry to burst your bubble.

That's funny, I read that the number one selling item at Walmart is bananas.
