Good question! Why would you when it actually costs $60?? That plus they have recently been offering a $10 gift card when you join. Of course the actual "facts" are never are important.

YAY! Another Costco thread!

Made a Costco run today, renewing our membership, that should have been $120. Fee was ZERO, with the check rebate, and then some. Picked up prescriptions for much less, Gas .29 less, almond and cheese danish $7.99 for 8. Plus other things we needed for a small gathering, that I had preordered. In and out in 20 minutes. Costco is not for everyone, especially for multitude that no long cook in TV. But it’s so worth the no fees to shop for us.

It will likely be at least 2023 before shopping will be available at the Clermont Costco. Nice, we can rehash all these posts a couple more times and throw in a couple of dog poop and roundabout threads too. By then The Villages will be close enough to Clermont to rumor a cart path right to the front door of Costco. What’s not to like about The Villages?

You forgot to add a percentage of residents will no longer be able to drive there, living in a facility, or residing in a container, before Costco will open.
