Driving down S Beuna Vista from 466 to 44 I didn't note any gas lines being buried, just what I assumed water and sewer and water lines (large diameter PVC pipes).

Besides, with the gas line problems the developer reportedly had I understand there will be no more homes built with gas.

Just stories I heard over the winter...can't verify with hard facts.

You can have your own propane tank and lines installed though...
