I have a Roku unit. Approx $39. It's easy. Connect to TV, has a remote, or you can stream from your phone to Roku unit.
Youtube is featured on most bluetooth units for YouTube, AppleTV, etc.
If you have Spectrum you can get a 60 channel only for $20 for new users. It get channels to stream on the Roku or AppleTV like Discovery, Animal Planet, HTV, Food, etc. Very basic at little cost.

Recommend Sling TV. They have two different core packages, plus some possible ad-ons. They are a subsidiary of Dish TV, so likely to stay around.

I've had AT&T for everything; Direct TV, Internet & Cell Phone. I LOVE them! I've never had a problem, when & if I do, it's fixed super quick. I can get a customer service rep in less than 2 minutes, unlike Comcast/Xfinity, it's next to impossible.
If ATT raises my rates, I'll call the Retention number, and it's adjusted to what I was paying before, or less.
