Sorry, Mrs Curious. I think we just left you sitting there as we strolled down memory lane! Didn't mean to hi-jack your thread.

Dearest BK and P.

This exchange between you two is JUST what I love best about The Villages. Although I type a lot on here, I am basically a listener. I love to get people together and listen to them talk. There is such wonderful talk here in TV with such varied and surprising experiences from people who have done so many interesting things. For instance, I had no clue that BK was a stripper or that P almost was a stripper.

I love to cook a little something nice and chill a few bottles of something nice and invite over people to our home who have a twinkle in their eye and who smile a lot and then listen to them talk.

Will you two come over? How about the rest of you?

Gracie, I would be honored to be your guest. What a start to a great friendship. I love this forum. But I must admit, my stripping days are behind me. To clarify, back in the day before digital images, a stripper or four color stripper, was a craft that entailed separating color photographs and graphics into the printable colors magenta (red), cyan (blue), yellow and black on film or negatives for the printing process. These four color negatives were stripped or placed into a designated position for the newspaper page layout.

Now it's all computerized and much easier.

After that boring recital you may change your mind about inviting me to the get together.

I guess it's up to me to state the obvious. It might be fun to get all the strippers together.

I must admit that while I was reading this thread and saw the posts about Exacto knives, wax machines and strippers, I envisioned an entirely different picture. However, I just couldn't figure what you would use an exacto knife for. By the time I got this far, though, my picture had been totally destroyed.

I suspect that Gracie's house won't hold all who'll answer her invitation. She may need to rent space at the Polo Grounds - the largest venue I can think of!

I have never been a stripper, but I have done some pole dancin' in the past. Does that get me an invite to GG's? LOL

Can't wait! When's the party?

I must say, it's a good thing we brought that exacto knife to cut up Greg's image. I wouldn't want anyone to get the wrong idea.

Speaking of wrong ideas, I had a roomate at one time who played rugby. She wanted me to be the hooker on the team. Whatever that means.

Um...
Dear Mrs. Curious, we've been naughty and strayed far afield of your initial post and maybe told some things you weren't curious about.

Sorry I didn't mention this earlier but... welcome to TOTV and hope to see you here again! I hope you get the job at The Daily Sun if you decide to go for it.

But, um, all gossip about the pole dancin, and hooker solicitations and and stripper stuff, um, don't print that, OK?

Oh, I hope you have a sense of humor too, and we have not offended you!

I was thinking a May pole or dare I say, how low can you go?...a limbo pole. Oh Russ, I just got it. Very funny. Roll out the barrel.
