As the inventory of pre-owned homes grows, now being fueled by foreclosures being added to the MLS listings, the price of new home will be depressed. And depressed.

My golf course lot premium in Mallory on a championship course was 185,000.00. The golf course/lake lot premiums here in Bridgeport @ Lake Sumter ran 400-550K.
