Cancel all services when moving. Not hard to do.

Why would Deans do that? They are in the business of pest control, not real estate.

Why would the atty, sales agent, or closing processor have anything to do with the homeowner’s pest control company? That’s the responsibility of the homeowner to notify their service people.
