Even cottage homes are up in price

Real estate prices are based on what the free and open market will pay, nothing more nor nothing less. I am very happy with my small home(Jasmine), perfect for a single person. Small lot, less to take care of and less price for a gardener. I am in the center of TV and have fabulous neighbors What more could anyone want? Love TV and all my friends. Yes, I get tired of the crowds, but let them enjoy Paradise for a couple of months. I have it all year.

Perhaps the Fed will ease into it all and be able to contain damage??????

The prices here are retuning to 2005-2006 levels. I purchased a home on a championship course and based on comments here I beginning to feel wealthy again. Maybe I should test the market????Hmmmmm

Chairman is on record as saying rates will rise gradually. Housing boom in the 1980s when 30 year mortgage was 9%. Good to own real estate in inflationary environment. Just my opinion.
