No. This is not age restricted. And no area is 55 plus, including The Villages. We are age 19 plus.

The businesses listed are going into Trailwinds not the Beaumont property.

I wonder where kids will be bused to school from that area. I am guessing somewhere in Wildwood. The Villages Fire Services better take this into consideration so they can plan the expansion. I know it is not a project being developed by The Villages but neither was Elan Buena Vista senior center on 466 yet the expansion to our fire station because of that is being paid for out of our amenity fees. That is a lot of homes, additional traffic and people coming into that area. I just hope the infrastructure can handle it before all of these new properties are full of people.

These properties are within the wildwood city limits. The public safety issues are Wildwood's problem. I'm sure they will tax the new properties accordingly.
