Two or three years ago the Daily Sun ran a feature article on her and pictured her standing next to her sports car.

I would think they could dig into their archives and run the article again or at least a synopsis of it, along with a photo.

I'm not skilled with doing links or reading the "Investors Business Daily" but there was a long feature article in today's edition about Betty Skelton. They call her "The First Lady of Firsts," and go on to say that 'She amassed more combined plane and car records than anyone in history. She even trained with the Mercury 7 astronauts in 1959, earning the nickname No. 7-1/2.'
