I know TV has districts, can anyone tell me how many? Can anyone tell me is there differences between districts - cost etc?

Never seen or have heard anyone talk of how they work and if one is better than another etc.

There will be 10 districts; residents thus far in 1-8; There is a lot of information on the CDD website. Here's a good starting point:
