Build out always an interesting subject. As Yogi said, "It ain't over until its over". If we use golf cart assessability as a guide to be part of "The Villages", it could be sooner than later. If you count a Village such as Fenney as part of The Villages it could be much later than sooner. Clear as mud, no?

In order to get golf carts south of Rt 44 you will need a golf cart bridge or tunnel. Of course, you will need the same at the Florida Turnpike to connect the village of Fenney. I know one Developer capable of doing this job and has been successful at doing it before.

In short, there is a lot of land available south of Rt. 44 and it is very likely to be developed one day. I prefer the Morse family be that Developer because they did a quality job building what we know as The Villages. Fore!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Never.......

Let's just hope the Developers keep up with not only the infrastructure, but, most importantly, keep building golf courses.

Bogie Shooter... I am referring to the people that knock on my front door looking for work or if I have anything for them I would like done...

Apparently unemployed or they would not need my money or work..

I have a friend that works at one of the Recreation Centers... when the Sheriff is called (at times) the response times are unacceptable from time to time
Yes, I can speak to this issue.. retired from this area after 30 yrs. so yes.. I will say again this area is not keeping up.. Recently there was an
issue at Rohan Rec Center in need of Medical Personnel.. Not going into details with this thread.

Nothing is perfect----try calling 911 in New York City. Since you were in the field, you know response time can vary due to a large number of factors.

As far as future development south of 44 goes, "Where there is a will, there is a way"

enough memory care.?. nursing care..? etc. Law enforcement always in the minds of residents.. etc etc. I know we all want to be the last to arrive... but please come to your senses whom ever may be in charge. I am not in the circle to worry about the unemployed bodies that keep on coming! Please come to a slow down and then just stop the additions... The residents I think are generallyl of this opinion?

Response times emergency servicers....new facilities and staff have been added as new villages are developed.

Look around........more nursing and memory care facilities are being built....some question if there are too many.

Sumter county sheriff has added staff as the population has grown.

What unemployed bodies are you referring too??

Water issues. Yes, I agree no more bottling companies. By the way, that "problem" is up to us, to get in their way.

How do you know the people knocking on your door have moved to TV? Probably didn't. How do the "whom ever may be charge" stop people from moving to the area?

Tracie Mccall 11-21-2016 05:52 AM

No way

As long as they are m as king money they will build

2BNTV 11-21-2016 04:37 PM

The short answer is no!!!!!!!!

I am hoping population maxes out at about 150,000. Yikes were almost there, as pop is 118,300 with another 2,350 homes to be built, (Fenney and the development on the north side near 42).

I would like to add that several years ago when some people thought a build-out date would happen, they were predicting TV would be run down and becomes a ghost town.

Well, that's not going to happen as the Morse family plans to pass running TV to seceeding generations. We'll all be gone by then.
