I think the condolences for Donna should be private,send a card or call her on the phone, or talk to her in person,using TOTV does not sound very sincere to me.

I disagree.
We are her TOTV friends, having met through this forum. I think it is therefore very appropriate and sincere. I'm not sure it matters how the condolences are conveyed,what matters is the many people who took time to express their sympathy.

Autoshow: The subject of this thread is clearly "Donna and Family - Our Condolences". It is entirely appropriate that individual posts should be directed to Donna. Since she is part of our TOTV "family", using TOTV is very sincere. Many of us know Donna personally, she is a wonderful person, and very caring. Using TOTV to wish her well is certainly a genuine way to express our condolences.

I have given thought to your comments and had similar thoughts prior to posting this thread.

Yes, we are talking about a personal issue, but how would all of Donna's friends know of her cousin's death, without letting them know on the forum that she is so involved in?

I would want to know, so that I could give her any support she might need. I would hope that someone does post these messages, so that we as a community are aware and can be supportive.

Just my thoughts, and I am glad that I did post this.

I never felt so warm inside than I did after I read all your kind words..That was the sweetest thing you guys could do for me..Friends are Angels from God, that is such a true statement..You guys are true friends and above all else my Angels..

Thanks so much again, for all the love and support I have gotten these past few weeks..
