Default Don't go shopping on a windy day!

I went to the Publix at Colony Plaza today. The wind was strong. Watched someone's car get really hit by a empty grocery cart, powered the the wind.

I've seen this happen before, next time I'll take the camcorder, the carts can really get moving.

Thats because there are too many lazy-inconsiderate people that will not put the carts in the provided racks.

I agree!

(But to be fair, Publix has a limited number of racks. Some places, like Sam's, have them very conveniently located.)

Default And,

Even if the racks at Publix (or anywhere else for that matter) are full, how hard is it to walk it back to the store and return it? I know some of the same people who just empty their cart, push it to one side, get in their car/golf cart, and drive away are the ones that go for a daily walk or to the fitness places to "work out and walk the treadmills". If you just tell someone inside that the racks are full, they will take care of it (most places). Publix is really good about it.
