Mapquest says the mileage is higher but travel time is just about the same. Please let me know if you have uses this route and what you think Thanks.

I have used I 95, I 295, I 10, US 301 to and from The Villages for 8 plus years and Jax to South West Florida for many years before that. I have never driven it via I 10 west to I 75. Too many miles out of the way.

Never had a problem with any "speed traps". Just stay within the limit.

From my house, north of 466, it takes me exactly 2 hours to the intersection of US 301 and I 10.
