Just because the guy in the truck doesn't speak English doesn't mean that he doesn't work for someone who does.... Or not...

Only one way to find out...

great solution...don't paint your driveway if they are that fragile

Because this person wants to have a nice looking driveway, he should be punished? Your answer is not nice!!

Nothing like blaming the victim!

Are you in a curve or what? I don’t understand how that could happen. In Spanish just say “No aqui por favor” . Share a picture please

Why are you assuming the landscaper speaks Spanish? Isn't that a tad rac...

Nah, I can't do this with a straight face... Good suggestion! :icon_wink::icon_wink::icon_wink:

Maybe the landscaper should park in front of the yard that he is mowing. We had a landscaper who parked more than half the day in front of our house. They went out to mow all the lawns in the neighborhood and then came back to their truck to refuel, get more equipment, eat lunch, etc. I finally asked the landscaper if he could park in front one of his customer’s house, not mine. He gave me a stare but didn’t park there again.

I've only ever seen landscape trucks parked on the road, with the ramps down on the road. How is it that the dropped ramp is hitting any part of your painted driveway? They would have to actually back up into your driveway to have the ramp hit it, wouldn't they?

Landscapers

You know when they come. I would be standing at end of my driveway and when they come let them know you do not want them to use your driveway for their equipment drop off or on because you have a specialized driveway paint and it’s damaged . One of them will understand your English. You need to talk to them. Let your neighbors know who use them that there’s problem to be resolved.

I need to speak to him, but I do not speak the language..

Why are they pulling into driveways? I would think they unload in the street like I see in my neck of the woods.

Blink cameras have excellent quality feeds. I don’t know if you can get a quality camera for $30.

There is no reason they should be on your driveway. They should be on the street. I’d park my car there.
Or…
I would get their attention if they ignore me, I’d honk car my car horn right beside their truck until they notice and point to driveway and indicate that I want them to move. It can be done politely but firmly. Once I have their attention I’d point to the damage. I would try not to get angry, they can see damage and most likely do not want to cause any. They are probably in a hurry and take short cuts. At the most what they can do is ignore me. That won’t get them far as I can be pretty persistent.
