I am sure that led to a great neighbor relationship. Your neighbor could have complained to the authorities that you were trespassing if you came into his yard - especially with a leaf blower.

Wouldn't it have been just as easy to use your leaf blower to clean up the leaves in your yard instead of antagonizing the guy next door?

Default Driveway damage from neighbor's tree

Not only is that incredibly ignorant, it displays a definite lack of disregard for something that's alive.

Not ignorant knowing what the intention and results would be. As far as disregard for a "living" something, I would have no regrets for killing a tree dumping crap onto my decorative driveway. Call me a arbor sociopath, I could care less. It's just a tree, not a dog.

Or, I'm not saying you should do this but a cup of gasoline poured evenly across the trees drip line once a week for a month or two should take care of your problem for good.
Yes, it should take care of your tree problem - but you would be liable for the replacement cost of the tree - and I assume we are not talking a sapling. That could be thousands of dollars PLUS criminal charges.

Very poor solution as well as showing TOTV what kind of a neighbor you are.

It was quite a bit of both. Don't give me the credit. It was this nice man I have been married to for half a century. He said, Choose your battles. We have to live here AND we have to leave here for six months. He is so smart and so good looking too.

Unless your neighbor directly caused the tree debris to land on your driveway it is just the law of gravity or nature blowing in the wind. Be happy it's not fall up north.

TOTV is part reality, part fantasy. One needs to detect sarcastic nuance to tell the difference.

How about just calling you a law-breaker.

Okay, consider myself chilled. Although my comment...while literally true...was a bit tongue-in-cheek anyway. (A bit of sarcastic nuance?!?) I'll assume yours was too.

(Besides, if Gracie slaps my hand, I know I've crossed the line!! )

Is this sarcastic nuance ...
