I'm always a little surprised by this statement. Of course TV is not made up of large lots. And there are many subdivisions with much larger lots. But lot sizes in TV are not unusual. In fact they are common almost everywhere...enough room for the footprint of the house. ~5' to 7' side setbacks. ~12' rear setbacks. ~20' front setbacks. Not unusual at all.

Here is my suggestion. Think how it would be if your tree or long ago your kid bothered your neighbor? You wouldn't defend your tree or your kid I hope. But things happen. Sometimes we need to put a little patience in our bank and pull it out when needed. Our neighbor needs to do the same.

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

I think I just prosell-itised.

But it is a beautiful day in The Villages. I think we will get a warm, soft, spring rain.
