Here in UK, but we never leave any form of transport outside our hovels, we always bring the pack animals into the house at night, and our Lords and masters even have stables to keep theirs in!

I leave mine in the driveway because I do not want to get my garage dirty.

I leave mine in the driveway, 'cause when they pored the concrete for the slab, they forgot to do the garage floor. All I have is a big sinkhole.

I leave mine in the driveway because it is convenient and the car matches the house. And the garage is being worked on.

Not lately. Actually, I don't think I ever read the deed restrictions "cover to cover".

I’ve always wondered what in the garage is more valuable than your cars?

#1 - Really? Pavers on the driveway is a violation? I called Community Standards and they told me I did not have to get approval to have pavers installed on our driveway.

#5 - I had no idea about this one. Why would we have to do that? Just doesn't make sense to me. We were seasonal for several years and we never notified the developer when we were gone for 9 months. I would prefer for them not to know, actually.

Me neither....

Of course, I am one of them.

I only wish the worst problem in my life was someone parking THEIR car in THEIR driveway.

I have no problem with people parking THEIR OWN cars in their driveway. What I have a problem with is my neighbor who operates a business (AIR BNB) out of the house and the renters park their cars in front of my house, sometimes on top of my sprinkler heads. Unfortunately, AIR BNB is violating an internal deed restriction, which is next to impossible to get enforced.

I leave my pickup truck in the driveway because the roof of the garage is too low for it to fit on the cinderblocks in there.
