Default Driving in Roundabouts

I hope this video clip on roundabout driving and safety is made a Sticky Topic, as it is very important and seems to come up as a topic on a regular basis.

Please take a few minutes to view this. I personally think it should be included in any new resident packet as well.

These are great videos but only if people follow their directions. Of all the mishaps and near misses I've seen on our roundabouts stem from people not using their signals and assuming drivers are going to get off on the same exit you are, especially if you are on the inside. Drivers just need to use a little caution and their signals when exiting... It's not hard!

I've been informed that The Villages rules may be different from these, but I still find the videos to be helpful and make a lot of sense.
