I agree. Why change now. Damage was done in our youth eating all the foods with nasty additives during the 60's and into the 70's. Organic is arguably the right way to go but for today's younger generations. You need to start out organic early on.

I think you would be surprised at how many have been eating organic their entire lives. Until I was 30, our eggs, chickens came from the small barn in my grans backyard.
All of our fruit and vegetables came from small 2 acre garden. Milk cream, butter and cheese came from the next block. We were in small community outside of a city.
Our home Up north within 5 miles, I can get eggs, vegetables, and the dairy farm is just down the street. Our meat is a hindquarter that was raised from a calf.
Once we came TV it took me a while to seek out better products than the stuff on Publix or Winn-Dixie‘s shelves. Meaning I drive to Gainesville for groceries. I still grow vegetables, or shop at a farmers market. Buy meat, and eggs from a farm,
Dairy comes from a small farm that Earth Fare sells.
Point is starting to eat organic at 70 May improve your life, but if your budget doesn’t afford that lifestyle, don’t. I don’t believe a smoker need to stop at 70 either. Damage is done, enjoy what life you have left.
