Maybe I missed it, but does anyone know why there is a new empty building on Rainey Trail extension, address 5050? This building has been sitting there, apparently completed, for about 9 months?

Help me here....Rainey Trail extension...is where? Is it in TV? I think that Rainey Trail leads off the reservation too. It abuts Bridgeport at Lake Miona and leads to Bridgeport at Miona Shores, but in between is some property not belonging to TV...

Are you talking about the medical building? If so it is not on TV property.

Promise health care... Long term acute care. They have had hiring notices in the paper recently so should be opening soon.

I had heard a rumor that they ran into some late problems with some final regulatory requirements that required some funding. Just a rumor.
