yes, If you sign up and use your phone number when you shop. of course, you will get these notices.

Has anyone else received an advertisement via email from TOTV? This is very disturbing to me.
Why is this a problem? Your email address is not any more private than your street address.

Companies Sell Email Information
 
It's obvious to me that someone sold a bunch of email information to Publix but what the original source is/was -- who knows??!?
