OH, SO DISAPPOINTED! I shop most of the time at Publix, and I didn't get any email.
I guess someone doesn't like me.

Yes I got an email & deleted it. It’s not like Publix doesn’t already have a semi-monopoly in TV. I don’t want any more ads in my email!

yes, If you sign up and use your phone number when you shop. of course, you will get these notices.

Companies Sell Email Information
 
It's obvious to me that someone sold a bunch of email information to Publix but what the original source is/was -- who knows??!?
