Default Enclosed Lani

I bought a house in TV last winter with an enclosed lani. (no heat or
air). We are snowbirds and have left for the summer. The air is on
in the house, but the lani is closed up (it has drapes that are pulled too).
Do I have to worry about mold or meldew like you would in a house that
was closed with no air?

Thumbs up Enclosed Lanai

We left our closed lanai for 4 months last summer, the longest we have ever been away from home. Everything was fine when we returned...no mold or mildew anywhere. We DO bring our padded lanai furniture into the air-conditioned Florida room. I think you should be fine!
