Ok, he didn't actually say that.

CONFUSED-US say: There BETTER be entertainment at Brownwood and why would the Morse's break the mold? Now after buildout I am curious to see if the quality of things remain or will we have to kick in signifigantly more fees. All the activities and such are what convinced us to settle here. Once the settling is done will they need "attractions"? One thing I know the bond between neighbors and all villagers will remain forever! We can always make our own fun and share. Kinda like a "pot-fun/luck" dinner

Just a thought.
Reads like a new rumor to me...
I read that Brownwood will draw from the regional market too.

It's a rumor. Not true.

I believe you are right, it is just a rumor. But it gives us something to talk about.

Not a chance, as long as there are retail stores in the Brownwood complex , there will be access to outsiders..

but I do wish it was true fumar

There's no way the Morse's keep anyone's money out of The Villages as they have an interest in every dollar that is spent here.

Always follow the money if you want an answer to your question.

There is no way a residents only rule would maintain the squares. Without the "outsiders" coming in and spending their $ the stores and restauarants would close.

During the next two years there will be many changes in the type of entertainment available at the town squares. Many of the Villages' entertainment groups will lose access to the squares. I mean groups like the twirlers, cloggers and belly dancers will not receive the invitations anymore. Also on certain feast days, and Ethnic holidays, activities will be confined to only one square. Hasn't anyone noticed the absence of dual parades at both squares on both German and Polish days.

Would these changes be because of a third town square?

I assume this is just an opinion......not based on any facts, right?

If it is happening already, it can't be because of a 3rd town square that doesn't exist yet! possibly a downturn in the economy?

I am sure the entertainment and everything else that is wonderful about TV will continue long into the future.

Perhaps, tho I was interested in the "next two years" portion of the posters comment.
