When the White House and the State House are open for visitors, I'll think about going out to events.

I have no idea when they are going to open up the squares.
My opinion is that they should already be open. Those who
wish to listen or dance should be able to do so. Those who
are worried about the virus are free to stay away.

Really! Picking up the bodies? We have not seen that yet in TV's and people have been doing pretty much whatever they can get away with without dropping dead, or even really creating a spike in the virus numbers. Unless you own a funeral home, why would you state something so exaggerated and ridiculous? Don't be part of the problem by over hyping.

Would be nice if life returns to normal and certainly the poster asked a very valid question

Default Entertainment at the Squares

I recently talked with the folks at the Entertainment Dept, who are the folks booking the acts at the Squares. They are cancelling all concerts (Savannah Center, Sharon, Studio Theater) at least thru August. Though it wasn't mentioned specifically when we talked, I would expect this would apply to the Squares as well.

You just gave me a great idea. They should open Karaoke at the rec centers with masks required. Considering how horrible my voice is I could probably get away with it through tightly fit thick mask. Thanks.

Hope that memorial day weekend is an opener. Georgia opened and did not see a rise in infections.

Was down at LSL Saturday night, City Fire, Red Sauce and PJ’s were all packed. They were all dancing outside PJ’s to the music. Social distancing my ass.

Just because some elected official signals 'green light' doesn't mean much to my wife and I

we've really enjoyed the concerts and live theatre in TV... we constantly were at The Sharon, The Savannah Center (as well as at venues outside TV)... today's Daily Sun has a whole list of what's coming and when....we'd go to the Squares to see a few bands, or to introduce visitors to the nightlife

nice...but we're not interested in being shoulder to shoulder with hundreds of folks until a vaccine has been developed and we've had a shot

when we can understand the situation and start taking precautions and wear a mask and gloves
probably we can all resume to our normal life - in the meantime the problem is the human kind
people needs to respect their life and the others following the protocol

and them will be many days to enjoy in the near future if we all can cooperate .
