I have also crossed over after a vehicle passed thru and noticed that the gate only got 1/2 down and then raised again with another car coming thru.. EVERYONE needs to slow down

The car does not need to stop and wait for the gate to go down again before proceeding there is a light that opens the gate. The golf cart has a stop not the car.
