Totally agree with you, that gate gets lots of use for surrounding businesses & cutting off access to that for those who only use golf carts would not be a smart idea. Fact less post only made to start rumors & stir the pot making trouble

Just maybe the developer would rather you buy a home in TV and protect the obvious premium price a house here demands Vs one in Stonecrest. Once again I ask why does anyone believe the economy in TV needs help ? Show me where the Morse's have stated SS is operating in the RED. They are simply looking for other ways to maximize profits with an added side bonus of less headaches.

Thanks to the Morse family we all enjoy a terrific lifestyle, the Morse family obviously has great wisdom, vision and business sense. I’m sure their decisions are not done in haste like some of the comments made by residents. Without growth places like Spanish Springs town square could be in danger of withering away.

I checked the restaurant's web site and it is an "Old Florida atmosphere" not a sports bar.

Interestingly, they only have one location, but they have a very nice web site. I wonder if The Developer did a search for a restaurant with the atmosphere they want and offered Harry's the spot.

They could make it a condo by giving themselves a very long term managing contract but other than that you are correct.

Because I know people who utilize the Club House and pool on a regular basis and are NOT residents of The Lofts. Any of us can use it, just need to reserve if you want the use of the kitchen and grill.
